We provide property management in all aspects, from cost- effective maintenance, lease administration to 'community relations including the provision of detailed financial , statements and five year forecasts. In addition, we can provide strategic and economic advices on value enhancements through improvements, lease or sale of the property.

FACILITIES MANAGEMENT :
This service is provided whenever management is concerned about resources management at strategic and operational levels of support, especially for the physical resources. Better management of the existing property resources will increase the value of property. On the other side strategies on the physical modification, adaptation and reconfiguration, as well as change of use are considered important in order to anticipate both of changes in technology and in demand in their natures responding future property characteristics.

Satyatama Graha Tara (SGT) has built an association with Building Diagnostic Asia Pacific (BDAP) which has 2 offices in Bangkok and Sydney. Services include investigations of defects in performance of a building. BDAP has conducted approximately fifty pre-purchase inspections on behalf of investors, condition and due diligence surveys for both vendors and prospectives purchasers.
