Doli D. Siregar is the founder and formed PT. Satyatama Graha Tara in 1985, a well known consultant company in appraisal and property in Indonesia. Doli D. Siregar has 30 years of experience as a consultant in appraisal and property and has been coordinated with MAPPI (Indonesian Society of Appraisers) and GAPPI (Association of Indonesian Appraisal Company).

He has also an international reputation as Secretary General of The Asean Valuers Association (AVA) and Standard Board member of International Valuation Standard Committee (IVSC). Doli is also Fellow of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS), Certified International Real Estate Consultant (CIC) and Senior Certified Valuer (SCV). His national reputation would be most experienced Indonesian senior valuer and moreover he's been lecturing at Master Degree Program on the Development Economics at Gadjah Mada University in Yogyakarta and has been Chairman of the Board of Strategic Issue Studies, INKINDO.

Recently he is sharpened his expertise to Asset Management aspect, whereas he is now write a book titled : Asset Management - The Strategy to Formulate Sustainable Development Concept in the National Scope in the context of Regional Heads as the CEOs in Globalization and Regional Autonomy Era, and couples of other title which related with Asset Management. Since his expertise he is currently working as National Land Policy Specialist and Team Leader in ADB Project : Enhancing The Legal and Administrative Framework for Land Project. And right now he is the founding and a Managing Partner on Doli Siregar & Rekan.
